My Name is Cliff Hutchins.

I’ve lived in the Durango area since 1985 and have been in the building trades much of my life. I take pride in my work and have a keen eye for detail.

I started Quality Inspection Service back in 2000. As of the end of 2022 I have completed around 3400 inspections.

My goal is to offer a low stress inspection for my client, provide a fresh look at a home or building, encourage my client’s participation, and describe in detail the issues and potential issues detected and observed.

I can make recommendations when needed and offer suggestions on how to resolve issues.

I utilize a High-Resolution Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera in addition to Combustible Gas and Carbon Monoxide detectors. Also, I have Sun Nuclear 1028 and 1030 Electronic Radon Monitors that take hourly readings of the radon levels and documents the averaged results in a four-page report with an easy-to-understand graph chart.

I encourage my clients to be present for a walk through towards the end of the inspection or for the duration of the inspection, which ever you like.

I offer a general walk through at the inspected property for my out-of-town clients that could not be present at the time of inspection. No Charge if in the Durango area and for a nominal fee for extended distances beyond Durango.
